10 mins Fuss-Free Pizza

This is my short-cut, fuss free Pizza to feed a hungry teen when she is back from school.  What I know is that when my daughter comes home from school hungry and tired, she is beyond reasoning.  Only quick food will appease her quickly.  She adores this “fast food” which is not oily and have a crispy crust.

This recipe is easy to do with 10 mins preparation time plus another 15 – 20 mins baking time.   There are carbs in the pizza base, but no oil is added to this.  I usually play my recipes using low fat with carbs or low carbs with oil.  There is also a lot of flexibility and creativity that you can add to this dish, depending on what you have in your kitchen or fridge, like onion, tomato, asparagus, pineapple, capsicum, herbs, ham, pepperoni, beef, seafood, etc etc.  You can also add as much vegetables as you wish, but for meat, please keep to one palm size for each serving.

For the Pizza Base, if you are unable to get frozen pizza base, you can substitute with wraps skins as well.  Alternatively, you can make your own pizza base.

For the tomato paste, usually I use the paste meant for pasta.
